Basically, I have decided to start this blog to share social commentary on my idiosyncratic views on a lot of diverse topics for optimistic and enthusiastic readers. I'm just an average Nigerian young-adult who isn't really trying to prove a point or tackle any social issues, but rather, just use this as a platform to express my takes on what life has to offer on said topics and make an extra penny here and there. Yes, I totally agree that there may be hot takes sometimes but I am not setting up this blog to go at anyone/group of people or to influence anyone's way of thinking. So, fundamentally you can say this is me but on the internet.
This blog is going to be mainly about four subject matters that I am interested in, TECH, MUSIC, SPORTS(mostly football) and BUSINESS. Occasionally I would branch out of these four major subjects or even write about subsidiaries of these topics that are not entirely about immersed in these topics, as I have other interests outside these subjects. But majorly the blog is about these four topics and my personal views on some of the most pressing matters surrounding these topics, hence the site name IdioVista from the words Idiosyncratic meaning "Personal" and Vista meaning "Views".
Sometimes I would update the blog with the latest and trending news on the subjects, give reviews on some products that have something to do with the topics, give some tips on issues concerning them and some other potential content that I may deem interesting in the future but I don't deem necessary for now or that I really just can't think of right now. I would try to make my content as exclusive as possible, but I am definitely going to take inspiration from other content creators whilst also giving them their utmost appreciation and credit. I would like to state again that it is rather inevitable that something similar to another creator's content appears on here and I would appreciate if any disgruntled creator's contact me first for any straight-out Copywrite claims. This would ultimately just make things easier for everyone involved.
This blog is the perspective of life from a young African man's eye for everyone to see and understand. It isn't any sort of political or social statement but rather, it is how this young man sees things around him develop and how it impacts him. The world is changing rapidly and more and more people need to see the impact of said rapid changes has on a certain demographic of people. Sure there are many personal blogs out there on how people tackle the various challenges life throws at them, but the outlook of the world from my demography is so minute at this stage it almost feels like we aren't even being heard in the world. Finally, I just want to declare that this blog is just my take on some of my favourite topics that I would even consider my hobbies, so I am relatively adept in covering these topics.
